Deze webpagina is een formulier zonder serververwerking. Je antwoorden worden nergens naartoe verstuurd, door niemand gelezen en door CIIIC niet opgeslagen. De enige uitzondering is de optie “Bewaar en ga later verder”; die wordt verderop apart toegelicht.

This web page is a form without server-side processing. Your answers are not sent anywhere, read by anyone, or stored by CIIIC. The one exception is the “Save and continue later” option, explained separately below.

• The PDF is assembled on your own device and downloaded directly; no server is involved.
• The same applies to the Markdown export.
• CIIIC only sees your answers once you submit the downloaded document yourself as part of an application or quotation.

Zodat je de zelftoets in meerdere sessies kunt invullen, bewaart de site drie gegevens in de localStorage van je browser:

• pwz-draft-v1 — je ingevulde antwoorden, zodat je later verder kunt waar je gebleven was
• pwz-step-v2 — de stap van de zelftoets waar je was
• pwz-lang-v1 — je taalkeuze (Nederlands of Engels)

Deze gegevens blijven op je eigen apparaat en worden niet gedeeld. De knop “Begin opnieuw” op de laatste stap wist je antwoorden (pwz-draft-v1) en zet je voortgang terug naar stap 1; je taalkeuze blijft staan totdat je de sitegegevens in je browser verwijdert. Dat laatste wist alle drie de gegevens in één keer. Werk je in een privé- of incognitovenster, dan verdwijnen ze zodra je dat venster sluit.

So you can complete the self-assessment across multiple sessions, the site keeps three items in your browser’s localStorage:

• pwz-draft-v1 — the answers you filled in, so you can pick up where you left off
• pwz-step-v2 — the step of the self-assessment you were on
• pwz-lang-v1 — your language choice (Dutch or English)

This data stays on your own device and is not shared. The “Start over” button on the final step clears your answers (pwz-draft-v1) and resets your progress to step 1; your language choice stays until you delete the site data in your browser. Deleting that site data clears all three items at once. If you work in a private or incognito window, it disappears as soon as you close that window.

Er worden geen cookies geplaatst, geen bezoekersstatistieken bijgehouden en geen analytics of advertentiescripts geladen. Er is ook geen profilering of geautomatiseerde besluitvorming.

Alle onderdelen van de pagina - lettertypen, afbeeldingen, scripts - worden vanaf deze site geladen. Er gaan geen verzoeken naar externe partijen, dus ook geen stille verzoeken die je IP-adres bij derden bekend zouden maken.

No cookies are set, no visitor statistics are kept, and no analytics or advertising scripts are loaded. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making.

Every part of the page - fonts, images, scripts - is loaded from this site. No requests go to external parties, so there are no silent requests that would expose your IP address to third parties.

Op de laatste stap staat de optie om jezelf een link te mailen waarmee je je concept later op een ander moment of apparaat kunt openen. Dit is de enige functie waarbij gegevens je browser verlaten, en die start alleen wanneer jij er zelf op klikt, je e-mailadres invult en akkoord geeft.

• Verstuurd worden: je op dat moment ingevulde antwoorden en het e-mailadres dat je opgeeft.
• Doel: je één e-mail sturen met een link naar je eigen concept.
• Bewaartermijn: het concept wordt na 30 dagen automatisch verwijderd.
• Iedereen die de link heeft kan het concept openen, dus deel hem niet.

Gebruik je deze optie niet, dan verlaat er niets je browser. Op deze verwerking is het privacy statement van CIIIC van toepassing.

On the final step there is an option to email yourself a link so you can open your draft later, on another moment or another device. This is the only feature where data leaves your browser, and it only starts when you click it yourself, enter your email address and give consent.

• What is sent: the answers you have filled in at that moment, and the email address you provide.
• Purpose: sending you one email with a link to your own draft.
• Retention: the draft is deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Anyone holding the link can open the draft, so do not share it.

If you do not use this option, nothing leaves your browser. The CIIIC privacy statement applies to this processing.

Zoals bij elke website legt de webserver technische gegevens vast van het opvragen van de pagina, zoals IP-adres, tijdstip en opgevraagd bestand. Die logs dienen alleen voor beveiliging en beheer. Omdat je antwoorden de server nooit bereiken, kunnen ze niet aan de inhoud van je zelftoets gekoppeld worden.

As with any website, the web server records technical data about page requests, such as IP address, timestamp and requested file. Those logs serve security and maintenance only. Because your answers never reach the server, they cannot be linked to the content of your self-assessment.

Omdat CIIIC via deze tool geen persoonsgegevens van je ontvangt, is er in principe niets om in te zien, te corrigeren of te laten verwijderen: dat beheer je zelf in je browser. Gebruik je de mailoptie hierboven, dan kun je je rechten uitoefenen via CIIIC.

The Public Values Self-Assessment is a required part of the application and quotation procedure within the CIIIC National Growth Fund Programme. This site renders the Guidelines (Section A) and the Self-Assessment (Section B) and turns your answers into a PDF to attach to your application or quotation.

The content of the Guidelines and Self-Assessment is version 1.0 (10 July 2025), prepared by Rathenau Institute, Waag Futurelab and PublicSpaces, commissioned by CIIIC.

Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor de juistheid en volledigheid van je antwoorden en voor het tijdig indienen van het gegenereerde document. De tool controleert alleen of alle voorwaarden zijn aangevinkt en of er is ondertekend; hij beoordeelt de inhoud niet.

Bij de vragen in Sectie B, deel 2 bestaan geen goede of foute antwoorden. Een beoordelingscommissie neemt kennis van je antwoorden en weegt ze mee in de beoordeling van je aanvraag of offerte.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your answers and for submitting the generated document on time. The tool only checks whether all conditions are ticked and whether the document has been signed; it does not assess the content.

There are no right or wrong answers to the questions in Section B, part 2. An assessment committee reviews your answers and weighs them in the evaluation of your application or quotation.

Binnen deze procedure geldt je getypte naam, samen met de aangevinkte verklaring op de laatste stap, als ondertekening. Er wordt geen digitale handtekening gezet en je identiteit wordt niet afzonderlijk geverifieerd. Onderteken daarom alleen namens een organisatie als je daartoe bevoegd bent.

Within this procedure, your typed name together with the ticked declaration on the final step counts as a signature. No digital signature is applied and your identity is not verified separately. Only sign on behalf of an organisation if you are authorised to do so.
